I am an old Customer of BIG SQUARE WILSON of more than 10 years standing. I have always appreciated the high standards of service, great food always well cooked and professio ally delivered. *BUT TODAY WAS TOTAL DIASTER!* After making our order with waiter Purity, we waited and tge food was delivered within the promised 15 minutes *BUT ONLY HALF OF IT!* **GLARING OMISSIONS!*: 1. Only the meat part was delivered. We had to wait another 12 minutes for the fries, onion rings and Mashed potatoes to arrive, *by which time the meat had gone cold!* 2. The fries today were soggy ...nit the usual crispy onesvwevare used to! 3. The mashed potatoes were roughly done unlike the "smooth" type we are used to. 4. Worst of all *NO cutleries were delivered!* We had to ask and wait another 5 minutes.. 5. *TOTAL DISASTER!*

The support staff the waiters are completely unbothered the one before made the place homely constantly had to wave or call out to get there attention
